What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

What if my order is missing or damaged?

How do I use a promo code at checkout?
You can enter your promo code in the "Gift card or discount code" field during the delivery step of checkout. After applying the code, your discount will appear on the next screen.

Why isn’t my promo code working?

How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us prior to purchasing and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Will all of my items arrive in one package?
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, as we work with multiple fulfillment partners to ensure fast delivery. Each item is sent out as soon as it's ready.

The item looks different in person than online. is that normal?
Slight variations in color can occur due to screen settings and lighting. While we do our best to represent each product accurately, natural variation is to be expected.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because we begin preparing your order immediately, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once placed. Please double-check your cart before confirming your purchase.

How can I check the status of my order?
